I know I know, I haven’t been blogging lately.  That doesn’t mean I haven’t been up to anything productive, though.  Here’s the update:  I’ve been studying for the bar and working on my motorcycle.  Regarding the bike, I’ve added a Dakar front fender mudguard, replaced the stock forks with the Dakar forks, added a longer steel braided front brake line in order to compensate for the longer forks, replaced the rear shock with a Dakar rear shock, and did the hockey puck addition to the kick stand.  I basically converted my bike from a F650 GS to a F650 Dakar.  The only thing I’m missing is the 21 inch front wheel.  Oh well.  My bike now sits about 2 inches higher and has much more progressive suspension travel.  Here is a link to the some of the pictures:
